Newsletter 4th March

Dear Parent/Guardian,

This afternoon each child will bring home their mid-year report from their class teachers. There is also a covering letter explaining the format of the report.

Open Evening

The Open Evening for parents this term will be on March 14th at 3pm-6pm. There will be an Usborne Book Fair running during the evening in the hall.

World Book Tokens

Your children will bring home their £1 book vouchers today, which they can use in book shops and other stores towards the cost of a book. They will also be accepted at our Usborne Book Fair in school on Monday 14th March at the Open Evening.

This is their new logo.

I am sure you will agree that it is bright and cheerful. Our thanks go to Elliot Wallis, Graeme Foster and Claire Mills for their work towards creating this.

Book Club

Mrs Lafarge is unable to get into school at the moment to run book club on Friday lunchtimes. She is still happy to order books from the leaflets which get sent home. So please fill in the order form and send payment to the school office and she will order the books you require.

Sainsburys’ vouchers

The sports voucher scheme has begun. There is a collection box in the school entrance hall.
